Mr Seagal has over 20 years as Law Enforcement and during that time has arrested many people some would go volunterly and some would have to be restrained and cuffed.  The people who had to be restrained by Mr Seagal were taken down in what appeared to be effortless moves but in reality years of training cumulated in a few well planned moves.
